   1 Generated from bowtie/scripts/make_e_coli.sh.  Built from the strain
   2 loacted in Bacteria/Escherichia_coli_536 on the NCBI FTP site.  The -t
   3 parameter (--ftabchars) has been turned down to 7 to keep the index
   4 small, so that it's reasonable to distribute with the Bowtie source.
