Ingredients

• 3/4 Cup(s) flour, wheat
• 1/8 Cup(s) oats
• 2 Teaspoon(s) oat bran
• 1/2 Teaspoon(s) cinnamon
• 2 Teaspoon(s) baking powder
• 1/4 Teaspoon(s) salt
• 1/4 Cup(s) raisins
• 1/2 Cup(s) chopped apple
• 1 Cup(s) juice, apple

Directions

• Combine dry ingredients.
• Add raisins and apple.
• Gently stir in juice until dry ingredients are completely moistened.
• Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a nonstick skillet or griddle.
• Cook until bottom is brown and spatual slips easily underneath. Turn and brown other side.
