Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup(s) flour, wheat
- 1/8 Cup(s) oats
- 2 Teaspoon(s) oat bran
- 1/2 Teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 2 Teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 Cup(s) raisins
- 1/2 Cup(s) chopped apple
- 1 Cup(s) juice, apple
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add raisins and apple.
- Gently stir in juice until dry ingredients are completely moistened.
- Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a nonstick skillet or griddle.
- Cook until bottom is brown and spatual slips easily underneath. Turn and brown other side.
