Overview
The primary user interaction with mussa while analyzing sequence will occur in three windows: the histogram window, connection window, and sequence view window.
- Histogram
- Draw selection box with left mouse press and drag
- Right click in selection box to view Connection window of this area
- Right click non-selection box to view whole sequence in connection window
- Connection
- Draw selection box with left mouse press and drag (on base sequence)
- Makes best guess for corresponding boxes on other sequences
- Right click in selection box to view Sequence window of this area
- Sequence View
- Isn't this all very obvious? :)
