The IPlot package contants a wide variety of classes which allow you to interactively work with and visualize your data. This package was written by Christopher Hart, see a detailed description of its use in microarray data analysis [#!Hart_etal03!#].
The IPlot module provides several visualization tools, many of them are built atop the BLT graphing tool kit.
